Important collaborations
There are already several companies that have decided to collaborate with Carvoilà, starting with Mercedes-Benz Italia. The well-known German Group, in fact, has signed an agreement thanks to which the dealerships and workshops of the group will be able to offer the Pickup & Delivery service.
This means that:
- Mercedes-Benz customers from all over Italy will be able to entrust their cars to Carvoilà drivers
- Carvoilà drivers will take care of picking up and returning the car in complete safety
Drivers will thus be able to save time and avoid potentially stressful situations. The Carvoilà service, in fact, is part of the “ Stressfree ” and “ Contactless ” concept that Mercedes-Benz Italia is addressing to its customers.
The idea is to promote the possibility of fully using digital tools in the service, so as to guarantee a digital experience also in the repair. From booking to payment without having to physically go to assistance!
This is also thanks to the Pickup & Delivery service that completes the experience without the customer having to go to the workshop.
This is happening within a context – that of the entire automotive sector – which is moving towards an ever-increasing digitalisation of aftersales services.
Mercedes estimates that by 2025, more than 80% of its customers will book service appointments online!

How the collection service works
In practice, the car customer will no longer have to worry about organizing trips to and from the workshop for ordinary or extraordinary maintenance operations, and will therefore be able to dedicate the time otherwise necessary to take the car to the workshop to other activities. In fact, it will be the highly qualified drivers of Carvoilà who will carry out the Pickup & Delivery service, picking up the car from the customer, taking it to perform the intervention and then returning it to the owner.

The Pickup & Delivery service is available to all car repair professionals: any dealership, workshop or body shop in Italy can choose to activate it without having to guarantee a minimum financial commitment but simply by paying a fee for each intervention carried out. The structures that join the initiative and choose to offer Pickup & Delivery to their customers can personally manage the service, through a special platform from which they enter requests in total autonomy and constantly monitor their progress. The Carvoilà service also ensures maximum logistical efficiency. In fact, the driver collects the car and returns it to the owner as soon as a job is completed. On the one hand, this reduces any inconvenience for the car customer, on the other it improves the management of spaces for the workshop.
Safety first
Carvoilà employs a team of approximately 600 drivers covering 72 provinces in 18 regions of Italy. All Carvoilà drivers have at least 3 years of driving experience. They are covered by a Kasko and Third Party Liability policy stipulated with a leading insurance company. Furthermore, in line with the current provisions for the management of COVID-19, all drivers are equipped with a Super Green Pass and always work wearing masks and protective gloves.
